Welcome to the website of European Medical University (EMU)
These Terms of Use for the website (https://www.europeanmeduniversity.net) (hereinafter referred to as the «Terms» and the «Website») are entered into between the visitor of the website (hereinafter referred to as the «User») and the Company, and regulate the ways of using the Company’s Website, all the information available on the Website, and all the products and services that the Company provides through the Website (hereinafter referred to as the «Services»).
1. General Provisions
By using the Website or any part of it, the User automatically gives full and unconditional consent to all the terms of the Company’s Terms and undertakes to comply with these Terms.
If the User does not agree with the terms of the Terms (in whole or in part), they should immediately leave the Website. In this case, the use of the Website, any information on the Website, and the use of the Services of the Website is prohibited.
If the law of the User’s country of residence or stay prohibits or restricts the use of the Website for any reason, the User should refrain from visiting it. Any use of the Website in such a situation is the User’s responsibility, and these Terms remain in effect.
The information published on the Website in the form of news, articles, descriptions of products and services, and other informational materials from the Company is current as of the date of its preparation. Over time or due to subsequent events, certain parts of this information may become incomplete or outdated. After publication on the Website, the Company does not guarantee timely corrections of such information.
The opinions of the authors of articles, news, comments, and reviews posted on the Website may not coincide with the opinion and position of the Company.

The right to use the Company’s trade name, trademarks, domain names, and other distinctive signs may be granted only with the Company’s written consent.
These Terms may be changed and/or supplemented by the Company unilaterally without any special notice.
The current edition of the Terms is available on the Internet.
The Company recommends Users regularly check the Terms for any changes and/or additions. Continuing to use the Website after changes and/or additions to the current Terms means acceptance and agreement by the User to such changes and/or additions.
2. Rights, Obligations, and Responsibilities of the Parties
The User agrees to use the Website exclusively for purposes that do not contradict the Company’s Privacy Policy, these Terms, other Company Policies, current legislation of Ukraine, as well as principles of reasonableness, diligence, and morality.
The User is obliged to provide accurate information for posting on the Website, as well as truthful, complete, and current personal data.
If the User believes that the Website contains information that violates their rights, they should send a message to the email address [email protected] and provide all information confirming the violation of their rights.
In the event that the User provided false information about the violation of their rights, they bear full responsibility for the damages and costs incurred in this regard.
The User is prohibited from:
- Misrepresenting information about themselves or their relations with other individuals or organizations;
- Using any computer programs to collect information on the Website and/or interact with the Website and its services;
- Conducting illegal collection, systematization, storage, and dissemination of personal data of other Users;
- Taking actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Website and its services, as well as violating the functionality of computer equipment and software;
- Uploading, storing, publishing, disseminating, and providing access to, or otherwise using viruses, Trojans, and other harmful programs;
- Uploading, storing, publishing, disseminating, and providing access to, or otherwise using any information that:
- Is illegal or contradicts the Terms and Policies of the Company;
- Contains calls for violating the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine;
- Contains obscene expressions, even with the use of masking symbols, for example, «*»;
- Contains threats and intimidation;
- Spreads unsolicited emails, spam;
- Is devoid of meaningful content;
- Misleads other users;
- Contains advertising, pornographic, or erotic materials;
- Contains threats, discredits, insults, humiliates honor and dignity or business reputation, or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
- Contains extremist materials;
- Promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions, or guidance for committing criminal acts;
- Violates other rights and interests of individuals and legal entities, or the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
- Posting any other information that the Company considers undesirable, inconsistent with the goals of creating the Website, infringes the interests of Users, or for other reasons is undesirable for posting on the Website.
- Reproducing, duplicating, copying, selling, and reselling the Services for any purposes, except in cases where such actions have been explicitly permitted to the User according to the terms of a separate agreement with the Company.
The User is personally responsible for any information they send to the Company for posting on the Website, inform the Company and/or other Users.
Company Rights:
In the event of receiving from the User information for posting on the Website that contradicts the terms of the Terms, or regarding which it is difficult to determine compliance with the Terms and/or current legislation, the Company has the right, without notice, at its discretion, to refuse to post such information from the User.
The Company has the right to limit the functionality of the Website, close access to it, change the Website completely or partially without prior notice to the User.
Company Responsibility:
- The Company is not responsible for the use or non-use of the Website by the User, including the inability to use the Website.
- The Company has no obligations to check, control, and change information that has been posted on the Website at the initiative of the User, as well as for its accuracy and legality.
- The Company is not responsible for the content of websites that may be linked to on the Company’s Website, nor does it guarantee their availability and proper functioning.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All objects posted on the Company’s Website, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, audio and video, programs, scripts, and other objects and their combinations (hereinafter referred to as «Content»), are the objects of exclusive rights of the Company and other rights holders.
Except as established by these Terms and current legislation of Ukraine, the Content may not be copied (reproduced), processed, distributed, published, transmitted, sold, or otherwise used in whole or in part without the prior consent of the rights holder, unless the rights holder has expressly indicated their consent to the User’s use of the Content.
The User is allowed to use the Content exclusively for non-commercial purposes, provided that in each specific case of using Content from the Website all copyright marks (copyrights) are preserved, a hyperlink to the Website https://www.europeanmeduniversity.net is inserted, the author’s name is preserved in its original form, and the Content is preserved in its original form.
By sending Content to the Company for posting on the Website that they own legally, the User grants other users a non-exclusive right to use it by viewing, reproducing (including copying), processing, and other rights, except in cases where such use causes or may cause harm to the legitimate interests of the rights holder.
The User bears personal responsibility for any Content and/or other information they provided to the Company for publication on the Website or with its help, as well as for the use of Content and/or any information from the site.
By sending their Content for posting on the Website, the User automatically provides the Company with a non-exclusive right to use it free of charge by copying, reproducing, publicly demonstrating, adapting, translating, and distributing for the purposes of the Website, including for its promotion.
These Rules do not grant the User any exclusive property rights to any objects of intellectual property of the Company or third parties unless expressly stated otherwise; all ownership rights to such objects remain exclusively with the Company and/or the respective third parties.

The Website may contain links to other websites on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as third-party sites), as well as articles, photographs, illustrations, graphic images, audio and video, information, applications, programs, and other
Content owned or provided by third parties (third-party Content), which is the result of intellectual activity and complies with Ukrainian legislation and is protected by it.
The Company is not responsible for any information posted on third-party websites that the User accesses through the Website or through third-party Content, including any opinions or statements on third-party websites or in third-party Content.
Links to any website, product, service, or any information of a commercial or non-commercial nature posted on the Website do not constitute approval or recommendation of such products/services by the Company.
If the User decides to leave the Website and proceed to third-party sites and/or use or install third-party programs, they do so at their own risk. From this point onward, the current Rules no longer apply to the User, and they should adhere to the rules and policies of third-party sites.
